A low-profile macOS menu-bar app that records both sides of a call — your mic and the other person’s system audio — mixes them to a single track, and auto-transcribes the moment you stop. Native Swift with zero third-party dependencies: Core Audio’s process-tap API for driver-free capture, Apple’s on-device SpeechAnalyzer for the transcript. Everything stays on the machine.

Frictionless expense capture, a custom cash-flow allocation engine, and a clean P&L with tax-compliant export for the CPA. Banking is strictly read-only — no money movement, ever — and AI never writes to the books: it categorizes transactions into a pending queue a human approves. Deterministic core; the model only orchestrates around the edges.
